Good Morning Glory
"When was the last time, you ever saw the sunrise?" Well not today, I missed it, this was the day of spring forward on our clocks in the midwest, and this old woman was very tired it seems, so I woke up to full sunshine.
There could never be said enough good about the sun and what she provides for us humans on planet Earth, but she does a lot spiritually as well for mankind.
Spring items on my future list: glimpses of first flowers peaking through, first green grass, first butterflies, first robin to make my wish upon, first soft breeze, first 70 degree day, cleansing rains to wash away winter decays and bring new life to the land, my list is endless.
I am excited for the upcoming spring and all it's gifts.
My belief is it will revive us all, and bring us stamina.

March 2014, please come in, bring some magic.
If you're born to the midwest generally you feel autumn begin the last few weeks of August and continue through November, Winter first bites you in December and that is just it's beginning. Snows and freezing rains, sub zero temperatures continue on throughout January, and February. The landscapes can be beautiful, they be stark, cold, and you feel the darkness of longer nights.
March will bring daylight savings time back to our lives, and one would hope they will bring thaws of much accumulated snows, warmth of sunlight, and eventually glimpses of green grass.
March 1st and 2nd brought us more snow, 6 - 8 inches, we'll decide while we shovel it.
This Winter brought the problem of "where to put anymore snow".
Enough, bring us sunlight, flowers reborn, birds singing us awake, bring us a colorful world of grass and blue skies, please bring us some warmth.
March can do anything she wants to with mother natures, she has a magic wand:)
