The Stage Coach, Riding Shotgun

I've been on this bouncy stage coach now for sometime, making multiple stops, seeing so many views and perspective of the landscapes, the people across the land, it is quit an emotional ride, yet by design I was reared to ride shot gun. As I look back at all the developmental years I was taught or manipulated to try and see the bottom line blemish that must be made well in order to regain growth.

I am not as graceful at this as I could be, as part of my M.O. is to get to the bottom line. My old ways would have included maneuvers and back doors to try and hint at it, I've found I no longer have the patience, time is precious, and running out. We always have a time constraint, which becomes amazing in itself. Stay trained to look for the flaw, anticipate every conceivable tree that could lie in the road just ahead.

My counterpart and I have done all we could/can to try and keep up with the needs, we are sore older and weary, today we are off, next weekend we are off. This is good as we only want to be here, we love being here, we appreciate our environment here.

As to the great coach, and seasickness involved in it's lurching ride, we are at a rest stop for certain, a place where we can gain perspectives, or so it is hoped.

Trying to get ready for a next dose, a next journey, trying to get to the best possible place. Rest first.

Things I don't care for

Driving behind people totally immersed in their cell phone call, worse yet texting.
Driving behind people who think they can read their daily news paper while driving.
Corporate CEO's collecting any type of a bonus during an American Depression/Recession.
Banks investing in new equipment to get a jump on fellow bankers during a bailout which was to be used for the people and to make good loans to salvage the people's American Dream.
Old school politician's who fail to see that THE PARTY THEORY is over, it no longer works.
Banks not making loans to HOME BUILDERS to keep some type of work trickle going.
Lengthy election times, it should not exceed three months of campaigning, it is a vast waste of money, tell us about the people, and move on, do not do these propaganda elections, it is a turn off in this economy.
People who call people on the DO NOT CALL LIST, RESEARCH, and stop invading our private time.
To be continued....

The Collective Soul

"And I was a child and you were a child in this kingdom by the sea"-Poe It is the subconscious, perhaps that inner lining of soul that constantly fretted over life going on smoothly, fretted about all the elements understanding and aligning with the next. You cannot have a harmony unless you become extremely flexible to the flaw you see in another. We are all beautiful, yet all flawed. And truthfully to move on, we must either move on together and over look the blemishes, or we must choose to move on alone. This morning upon reading, I choose to move on with a smaller number. Life brings it's own collection of problems, yet I do not need more than I carry. I only need to travel in the most direct path currently, my baggage is enough weight on my shoulders, I do not need anymore of a load or burden. So I will refine my own soul, waste no time refining others who want to wage wars and battles, always having a tizzy to keep on spinning Lizzie. I will hold my own counsel, travel my own roads for the betterment of myself and my small unit. Go in Peace, May Peace be with you

ZI994

"All these faces have their moments of people and friends I still can recall, some are dead and some are living, in my life, I loved them all"-Beatles I am back in a moment of my ghosts and spirits, and think with humor of your teaching us to spell your name ZI994

ZI994, 20 years my friend

"All these faces have their moments of people and friends I still can recall, some are dead and some are living, in my life, I loved them all"-Beatles I am back in a moment of my ghosts and spirits, and think with humor of your teaching us to spell your name ZI994, and thinking of words you told me of at Ads the week before you left us... And you were right No matter how much time passes the missing you is still harsh., that we always miss our people, some wouldn't have put you through that surgery, it was a long shot, the only shot, but you had never backed away from a long shot, so I still feel it was what you wanted to try, too. Still sorry for the outcome. I love you, I carry your strengths with me, and your understanding of people, and all of the screwy things they can come up with. Love, a smile, a tear, your fellow gardener. Chicky

For the love of children

Children are hopefully begotten for only the finest of reasons. I know it's not always the case, but often it is. So after seeing scores of people who should never have a child near them, let alone rear one, I see all the pregnancies that go wrong for people like me, Dana, and now other friends or family, and I simply very simply, and wonderingly ask, Why? Why do the people who have love to give, get shorted and slighted with this miracle of life and love? Why do the crack and heroin addicts, and abusers have too much luck in childbearing, and never really care for the child first, a new souls well being, they can only see their need of the drug? For 31 years I have pondered this and I am not any closer to understanding.

You my dear amaze me

The first time ever I saw your face"-Roberta Flack" No one can see the threads of love and caring I do. It's probably your demeaner, and humor that deflects their insight. So I will share one story of a woman who had a silly cell phone which contained certain songs for when her lovies called her, and also certain photo's she had downloaded or shot of her loved ones. Oddly enough after many years her phone is pretty obsolete, and her battery ran down on the phone and would not take a charge anymore, she tried to find the battery out in the world of radio shacks and online and no one had it. She bought a pay as you go cheapest phone ever so she could still have calls, no lovies, no tunes to depict who was calling, actually very hard to work this new gadget, always learning curves, inclsuing you get what you pay for? Meanwhile, behind the scenes as most of what you do is kept, you found her a battery yesterday and had it charging when she came home, you spent your spending money on trying to make her days alittle more beautiful, a little more normal. You show your caring in the strangest ways sometimes, but I have to say when you gift me, it's always got a great thought behind it. Thank You, you are a keeper.
